Additional information:
A deposit of 20% is payable to secure your dates.
Refundable Security Deposit, (payable with final balance) of £500 or Vacation insurance of £40 (included in quote by default), Please specify your choice when booking.
The Security Deposit will be refunded in full within 1 weeks of your departure, providing no items are missing or damage has been caused to the property/grounds/villa contents.
Cleaning fee £135 is payable on all bookings (may vary slightly if our costs are increased).
Snow Birds - Please contact us for direct quotes on stays over 28 nights and better rates.
Minimum Stay 3/4 nights usually if we have a gap to fill and at peak times this could be 14 nights to maximise our calendar .
Pool Heat Fee recommend from October through April at a cost of £135 per week or £20 per day for stays of less than 7 nights (may vary slightly if our costs are increased)..
BBQ Grill rental is available via an external company at an additional cost of $85 per week or part week, please enquire if interested (may vary slightly if our costs are increased). We don't have our own onsite as guests leave dirty after use and they go rusty if left out in the humid climate.
Check in is from 4 PM on wards and checkout is 10 AM, an optional early check in or late checkout may be available depending on calendar and other bookings for a fee, enquire via email if interested.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING - due to the increasing popularity of Electric/ Hybrid cars we may be able to accommodate charging from an external regular socket if you have a suitable charger. The cost of your rental DOESN'T include free charging, please contact to arrange this and we can advice of additional charges based on the consumption of the vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: if booking via international sites the prices may be listed in £ GBP, payments can be made in any currency via this site at the exchange rate and currency conversion fees that applies for your country.
Payment can be made in any currency and converted at the relevant exchange rates at the time of booking via most major credit cards, we also except PayPal (A processing fee of 4% applies to all credit card & PayPal payments.
All booking totals include a Polk county tourist tax rate of 12% which is paid to the local government by us on your behalf.
